There are different functions in counselling that take qualifications, experience and personal interests into account. From Consultant to Senior Consultant and then either Partner or Executive Consultant to Senior Partner.
It is possible for graduates from various disciplines and career changers to join the company directly after or during their studies. Depending on whether the focus of the consultancy is on enterprise or information risk management, different fields of study fit the profile, e.g. statistics, security management or computer science. Candidates with professional experience can start in a senior position.
My career at CALPANA started in 2015 as a consultant and since then I have been able to develop continuously and have been leading the Enterprise Risk Management team as a partner since 2020 and managing customer projects in this area. Continuous development is very important to me personally and I am delighted to be following this path at CALPANA.
