We know how important a pleasant working environment is for the satisfaction and performance of our employees. Therefore, we are continuously engaged in maintaining and improving this environment.

Sometimes it is the small gestures among colleagues, an open ear, shared joy about a project, appreciation from the supervisor and the doors that are always open (well, almost always… ;-)) that make the difference and contribute to a pleasant working environment in addition to the “usual suspects”.
Our corporate values that we are currently focusing on are open communication, enthusiasm, transparency and clarity. These values are incorporated into how we interact with each other on a daily basis and how we act towards customers, applicants, partners and service providers. We are enthusiastic about the personal interaction and exchange with each other and regular joint activities, such as our quarterly get-together in Linz, are very important to us.
Employee satisfaction is extremely important to us. We are therefore delighted that the reviews from employees and applicants on the Kununu platform were so numerous and positive that we were honored with the Kununu Top Company Award 2023, 2024 & 2025. What does that mean? This puts us in the top 5% of employers in Austria. The criteria: We have a score of at least 3.6 and have received multiple positive reviews. Nobody’s perfect and we are constantly working on getting better and better.
