Out of 300,000 companies in Germany and Austria that were evaluated on kununu, only around 1,100 (= 0.4%!) managed to fulfill the criteria for this award. The 250 best in the country made it onto the “Top Female Workplace” list. CALPANA is among them. But that’s not all: we came 4th in the consulting category in Austria and 42nd across all industries. We are very happy about this!
With a current proportion of women of 42%, we show that equal opportunities work!
