Kununu Top Company Award 2023

What could be more honest and genuine than the views of our staff and applicants? Honest reviews that provide an insight into what it’s like to work at CALPANA are very important to us. Change is only possible where there is open communication. We are therefore all the more delighted that the large number of positive reviews on Kununu has led to us being awarded the Top Company Award 2023.

Only around 5% of employer profiles on Kununu qualify for this award, which makes us all the more delighted to be among the top 5%. The criteria are based on the number of reviews received over the last 12 months, as well as a rating of at least 3.8 stars. As of March 2023, our score stands at 4.5 and we have a 100% recommendation rate.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to all our staff, whose reviews have helped us achieve such a fantastic result. For us, however, there is more to it than just figures and a score; it reflects satisfaction with CALPANA as an employer. Such satisfaction is a top priority for us and is extremely important to both parties.
