What could be more honest and authentic than the opinion of our employees and applicants? Honest reviews that provide insight into working life at CALPANA are very important to us. Only where there is open communication is change possible. We are all the more pleased that the large number of positive Kununu reviews led to us being awarded the Top Company Award 2023.
Only about 5% of employer profiles on Kununu qualify for this award, so we are all the more pleased to be among this top 5%. The criteria refer to the number of ratings in the last 12 months, as well as a score of at least 3.8 stars. Currently (as of March 2023), our score is 4.5 and a 100% recommendation rate.
At this point, a big THANK YOU to all employees who have ensured such a great result with their evaluations. But for us, there is more behind it than numbers and a score; it shows satisfaction with CALPANA as an employer. Such satisfaction is of great concern to us and extremely important for both sides.
